Dubbel Dutch

Dubbel Dutch is a boutique hotel located at 817-819 N. Marshall Street in Milwaukee’s historic Juneautown neighborhood.  Built in 1898 and designed by famed architects Ferry & Clas, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The hotel opened in June, 2020 and provides 17 unique rooms for guests as well as a small tavern, opening in late 2020, offering crafted local beverages.

Fix Development helped lead the redevelopment of the project and was an original owner. The property was sold to a new owner/ operator in late 2022.
