Blakesville Creamery

In late 2012, Blakesville Dairy Farm acquired an active 300-head cow dairy operation located at 820 Lake Road, Port Washington, Wisconsin. Fix Development developed a business plan to chart the course for converting the property to a goat farm. The primary purpose of the farm is to produce quality goat milk using sustainable farming practices.  The goat farm officially launched in 2013 and now features an efficient goat milk production facility milking approximately 900 goats

In 2020, a farmstead creamery designed for artisan value-added production of goat cheese opened and is called Blakesville Creamery. Fix Development has provided strategic and facility development consulting as well as ongoing business management for both enterprises.
